Halloumi Fries


  • Halloumi
  • Paprika Powder
  • Plain Flour
  • Pinch of Chilli Powder
  • Oil to fry


Chop the Halloumi in strips, around 1-1.5cm thick. Add flower Paprika and Chilli Powder to a bowl and mix. Dip the Halloumi in the flower mix and cover evenly. Heat the oil, and deep fry until nice crisp! Serve with your favourite sauce 🙂
