Prawn and garlic courgetti


  • Courgettes
  • Olive Oil
  • Garlic Crushed
  • Red Chilli chopped finely
  • Tiger prawns
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Lemon Juice
  • Chopped Dill


Firstly feed the courgettes through a spiralizer to make spaghetti style spirals. Heat the oil in a large frying pan and add garlic, chilli and prawns and cook until the prawns are pink. Remove from the heat and add a spoon of chopped Dill.

Secondly blanch (briefly boil)  the courgette. Bring the water to a boil with a pinch of salt, add the courgette and let boil for 1-2 mins. Immediately plunge the courgette in ice cold water (to stop them from cooking further)

Drain the courgette and serve. Add the prawns and drizzle a little lemon juice on top, pepper and the remaining dill, and enjoy 🙂
