Ingredients
- Chicken Diced
- Soy sauce
- Rice Wine
- 1 tsp Caster Sugar
- Sesame Oil
- Broccoli Florets
- Sugar Snap Peas
- Garlic Cloves Crushed
- Root Ginger Chopped
- Red Chilli Finley Chopped
- 1 tsp – oyster sauce or Fish Sauce
- Salt
Method
- Mix Soy Sauce,Rice Wine and Caster Sugar, and Sesame Oil in a bowl. Stir Chicken and cover and refrigerate for 30mins-1 hour
- Cook the vegetables in a pan of salted water. Drain once cooked under cold water.
- Heat the remaining oil in a large pan
- Add Ginger, Garlic, chilli and fry for 1 minute.
- Add the chicken and stir until cooked
- Pour in the remaining Soy Sauce, rice wine, and oyster sauce until the sauce thickens and bubbles up.
- Add the cooked vegetables and stir for 1-2 mins
- Serve with Rice 🙂
