Grilled Harissa Salmon and Rice

Ingredients

  • Salmon Fillets
  • Harissa Paste
  • Ground Cumin
  • Crushed Garlic
  • Lemon Zest
  • Coriander finely chopped
  • Lime wedge
  • Rice
  • Olive Oil

Method

  1. Mix together the Harissa Paste, Ground Cumin, Garlic, Lemon zest, and oil. Rub it all over the salmon fillets. Leave them to marinate in the fridge for at least one hour or a day ( if you have time)
  2. line your grill with foil and wrap the salmon fillets
  3. grill for 10 mins
  4. open the foil and let the salmon char for 5 mins
  5. Serve with rice and a lemon wedge and chopped coriander 🙂
