Grilled Harissa Vegetables- Aubergine, Courgettes and Peppers


  • 3 Tbsp Harissa Paste
  • 1 tsp Paprika powder
  • Aubergine cut in chunks
  • Courgette cut in Chunks
  • Peppers cut in Chunks
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil


  1. Pre heat the oven at 200c
  2. Add all the vegetables to a tray
  3. Add the Harissa Paste, paprika and olive oil to the vegetables until they are all covered
  4. cook in the oven for 30 mins
  5. Serve with  a Pitta Bread and Hummus 🙂
