Ingredients
- Chicken stock
- Egg noodles
- 1 chicken breast Grilled Seasoned with Salt and Pepper
- handful of beansprouts ( i forgot to add them in mines)
- ¼ red onion, finely sliced
- 1 spring onion, chopped
- 2 fresh red chilli, sliced
- Sugar snap peas
- Fresh Coriander
Method:
- Grill the chicken in a griddle pan/grill until cooked and set aside
- Part boil the sugar snaps and leave aside
- Put the chicken stock to boil and add a 1 chilli to the stock
- Cook the egg noodles (Read the packet)
- Add the noodles to a large bowl, then add the stock
- Decorate the bowl with the Grilled Chicken, sugar snap peas, bean sprouts, Red onions, Spring onions and Coriander
Add more chilli depending on your spice levels, and a few sprinkles of Soya Sauce and Sriracha. This dish so flavoursome and healthy 🙂
