Ingredients:
- Tablespoon sesame oil
- Finely chopped garlic
- Finely chopped ginger
- 4 tablespoons Schezwan sauce
- 1 Tablespoons of Yoghurt (fat free)
- ½ teaspoon soy sauce
- Salt And Pepper to taste
- 4 teaspoons corn flour – dissolved in 3 teaspoons water
- Paneer – chopped in cubes
- Some spring onions or Coriander for garnish
Method:
- Add all ingredients to a bowl and allow the paneer to marinate for a hour.
- Shallow fry until cooked (I used a griddle pan with Fry light Spray)
