Ingredients:
- Burrata
- Tomatoes/ Cherry Tomatoes (as much as you want)
- Avocado Chopped (as much as you want)
- 1 Teaspoon Salt & Pepper
- Chilli Garlic Olives (as much as you want)
- 5 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 Tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Djion Mustard
- 1 Tablespoon Parsley Finely Chopped
- 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
- Sourdough Bread Sliced
Method:
1. In a large bowl, add Tomatoes and avocado
2. Season generously with Salt and Pepper and mix
3. Add Olives and mix
4. Create Dressing by Adding Olive Oil/Balsamic/Mustard/ Fresh Parsley/garlic powder (MIX OR WHISK WELL)
5. Add burrata to the salad
6. Drizzle with your dressing/ As much as you want
7. Get your sourdough bread, with a little bit of Olive oil, on a griddle pan toast your bread for 2 mins on each side (on a high heat)
8. Enjoy the most easiest and yummiest salad you’ve ever made 🙂
